Our group had lots of fun stitching these unique Dolly Mama charts for a quilt recently. One of our members, Bonnie C., had purchased these charts for her own use. After she stitched them, she decided to share the charts and remaining floss with some of our members to make a memorable quilt for a senior lady in a senior care facility.
A lot of these sayings are so true about seniors, as well as non-seniors. There are lot of us who can relate to them.
At the present time we have a "dogs" theme open. Members are stitching charts from their stash or from some of the freebie websites. We also have a "Geometric" theme currently open, where members are stitching different charts from the DMC-USA website of Geometric squares. We are planning a couple of new themes beginning next week.
